The primary goal of our Loyal Royal Group Leader Program is to reward Group Leaders for their loyalty and hard work promoting their group trips booked withRoyalty Escapes Travel Agency.
Land Incentive Award:
Groups with 12-29 guests receive $25 per person
Groups with 30-49 guests receive $35 per person
Groups with 50-99 guests receive $45 per person
Groups with 100 guests or more will receive a customized program.
Cruise Incentive Award:
For every 9 Cabins with double occupancy you will receive 50% of the value for the average cruise fare for one guest.
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR THE LOYAL ROYAL GROUP LEADER PROGRAM
Loyal Royal Group Leaders must attend the trip to qualify as a group leader for the trip.
Loyal Royal Group Leaders will be assigned a Group Name that their group MUST use. Group names are how we keep track of your groups sign ups, so you get credit for each guest.
Being a part of a group does NOT automatically mean your group’s rooms will be near each other.
If you need to submit changes to rooms under your group, they must be submitted via email at[email protected], and all members involved in the change must be included in the email. This is to ensure we have documentation of all changes and to confirm that everyone involved in the change is aware and agreeing to the change.

How your group members sign up: Please advise all of your group members that when they sign up and pay their initial deposit, to do the following when they are filling out their transaction form: - Skip the box asking for the reservation number - Please locate the box “Group Leaders Name” right next to it - Enter your Loyal Royal Group Name - For Transaction Type select "Credit Card" - For Payment Type select "Registration Deposit or Registration Full Payment" Option on the form.
*PLEASE INFORM YOUR MEMBERS OF PAYMENT POLICIES, MAKING SURE THEY ARE AWARE THAT PAYMENTS ARE DUE EVERY MONTH. PLEASE EXPLAIN SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS.
Loyal Royal Group Leader Policy:
A group consist of a minimum 6 (SIX) rooms or 9 (NINE) cabins (double occupancy) fully paid for.
Cruise incentives are based off of the total stateroom categories booked within a group (less the cost of taxes and fees). Actual cruise perks can vary based on cruise lines, sail dates and ect. Possible cruise amenities can include: Cocktail hours, in room amenities, on board credits and ect..
Group Leaders are required to confirm their own reservation. They are also required to make payments as outlined for each respective trip.
Royalty Escapes Travel Agency will keep track of your group by your Loyal Royal Group name. Once you have reached the minimum number of rooms (6) or 9 cabins, and they have ALL completed their full payments, we will send you a summary (prior to the trip) of the confirmed members in your group.
The Loyal Royal Group Leader Program does NOT apply to previously booked groups. New groups only.
We ask that Loyal Royal Group Leaders also keep track of the names and number of members in their group. This will serve as a cross check. Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis. No rooms will be held without a deposit.
For special room requests (double/king beds, handicap accessible rooms, ect), Please check with your group members individually regarding their requests and ask them to send in a requests. Please let us know if your group has any special requests, etc. by emailing us at [email protected]
When will I get paid or receive my free trip: You will receive a check before the trip or we can deduct the respective amount from your final payment and refund any previous payments (if a refund applies).
Note: If someone from your group is not able to complete their final payment and cancels their trip, which causes the incentive group to become less than 5 rooms or 8 cabins, the incentive award will be cancelled.
